    Q. Does bonus count in mortgage approval?

ON Canada - is this a one-time or guarranteed bonus - if guarranteed, then yes, If the bonus is happening in the last 2 to 3 years then yes. One time, it would help especially when a averaging income in the last 3 years.

    Q. Word is my bond contract law?

    Powered by
I had a relationship with my ex-partener for 6 yrs , her being a chartered accountant my self being a builder, properties were bought in her name , i would re-furbish ,labour only, some times, plus materials based on my word is my bond basis and will pay you on propertys sold, plus percentage of profit 2.5%. also our prior matrimonial home £10-000. paid as a deposit plus contributions towards mortgage mainly cash also bank transfers, plus other major home improvements, she has sold propertys signed documents stating no disputes refused to pay me now, if i should pursue through courts if i can get legal aid ? the blackmail side is this will affect my daughter if i proceed. q.1:can i place charging order ? q2: should i invoice for works carried out pursue small claims ? q3: i have researched that 13 possible counts of theft /fraud by deception . q4:report her to institute re mis advising ? also hvae letters from her makingawful untrue allegations defamation of charector amount £35-000

I assume you're in the UK. You won't get legal aid. As to your questions; Q1: No, you can't place a charging order, you have no judgement debt in your favour. You can register a caution or notify land registry of beneficial interest in proceeds of sale. Q2. No, the work was not carried out on a chargeable basis and therefore there was no agreement to pay upon invoice. You would not succeed. Q3: Have you? Not sure any spring to mind out of the questions facts. I think lawyer may disabuse you of this notion. Q4: No, she has not advised you in any professional capacity, the Instutute would not be interested. You theoretically could sue for defamation (libel) if you could prove it AND if you can fund it. Theoretically, you could by a new Lamborghini. But like libel, it only works in theory if you have the cash to begin with. Seems to me you are thrashing around for some restitution following the break down of your relationship but don't know which way to turn. On the facts outlined above, you have a beneficial interest in the property. Your situation is very, very common. You can recover your share of the house from the proceeds of sale. But you need a lawyer who is experienced in matrimonial/family/property work. Otherwise, you're wasting effort, time and energy.
