    Q. Can i roll my car loan into my mortgage?

In Canada, If you are refinancing your mortgage and you have enough equity accumulated, you can consolidate other debts into your mortgage. However, if you are purchasing a home, you cannot roll other debts into your mortgage unless you get a 5% cash-back mortgage to pay off other debts. Call me to discuss. James Shinners.
