    Q. Can i roll my car loan into my mortgage?

In Canada, If you are refinancing your mortgage and you have enough equity accumulated, you can consolidate other debts into your mortgage. However, if you are purchasing a home, you cannot roll other debts into your mortgage unless you get a 5% cash-back mortgage to pay off other debts. Call me to discuss. James Shinners. Q. Is this a prosecutable case or just civil case?

    Powered by
I am acting as a stateside intermediary for a friend that lives overseas. she has 3 homes/properties in michigan and had made an arrangement with her ex boyfriend that he would collect the rent from the tenants since she will be living overseas. so in the time that she has been away, he has forged her signature to transfer the said properties into his name then to his brother and when it was in her name refused to send the collected rent from tenants to the mortgage company resulting in her credit being affected negatively. the ex boyfriend lives in michigan and she is an italian citizen. her visa expired and had other obligations to attend to back home. therefore, if it is prosecutable, in reality she would have to go to the police station and file a complaint report to get the ball rolling. in these such circumstances where it would be a bit more difficult for her to come to the us (pending a visa approval) is there another way to file the report (i.e. via phone, etc.) or would i be able to take a trip to michigan and file it on her behalf? thanks in advance for any feedback. yes she made a power of attorney for him only to collect the rental dues, not to sign on her behalf (which he did by forging her signature without her consent to transfer the houses to his name). i as an intermediary is just to pass the information along since she is away (i.e. she is away and lets say the police need to get additional information or tell her something i will call her up and tell her or what not). --i did not know italians didn't need a visa if planning on staying in the us for less than 3 months...good to know.

What do you mean she made "arrangements" to have the boyfriend act on her behalf? Like she gave him power of attorney? Anybody can call the police. She could call them from Italy, you could call from wherever you are, you could take a trip to Michigan if you felt like it. Filing a lawsuit would be much more complicated. It's impossible to say here if you could do so with the information you provided regarding exactly what kind of intermediary you are. Why does she need a visa to visit from Italy? Italians don't need a visa to travel to the US if they stay less than 90 days.
