I want to buy a house but would like to know what is the maximum mortgage I can qualify for so I know the range I am able to buy my home.

    You will pay a little more. Actually you can also get a private mortgage totally based on the property you are buying but the interest rate will be about 10%. I think you should apply main page first and see if you get accepted (easyrate.ca).

    Get some credit right away! Apply for any cards that you can, get at least 2 cards, use them and then pay them off. This will get your credit at least started. Then the banks will start looking at you again. There is one bank that can help HT you can find them through easyrate.ca. Give them a call.
