Q. Does anyone have a link to ei laws in canada?

- i live in canada.....ei has been trying to collect an over payment from me for over 8 years. it is a bogus claim and i am past the time limit to appeal it. i need a link to the part of the ei laws that show how long they can collect for. i know after 6 years the law says they have to stop trying and consider it an uncollectable debt but i cant find that part within the hard enough to read ei law pdf''s . can anyone help please?? i have already found the act, but i cant find the part im looking for within the act.
