    Q. How much money does a mortgage broker make in bc?

The correct answer to the no money down mortgage in BC is: not anymore. The program was designed to help younger generations get in to the housing market. Which made sense. What didn`t make sense it that they were offering this type of zero down 40 year mortgage to the older generation who where more than likely going to default on their mortgage.

    Q. Free real estate website for realtors in alberta, canada?

    Powered by
I am a mortgage broker from edmonton alberta, and i have a question for realtors in alberta canada. would you pay a nominal monthly fee for web hosting if the website was for free? if yes how much would the fair market price be for hosting?

If you have the pay $19.95CDN per month, that would probably be OK depending on what level of service you offer.

    Q. Real estate leads?

    Powered by
I'm a mortgage broker in edmonton, alberta, canada. i will be organizing a booth at a trade show and i have an idea that will generate 3000 leads. i would like to sell these leads to cover the cost of the entrance into the trade show, booth cost, event cost and hopefully a profit on the side. my dilema is how can i sell these leads to realtors/home builders or lead companies. what would an attractive price point be . out of the 3000 leads we will be pre-qualifying their needs so we will not have just one group of leads. all of the leads will be worked by myself and other brokers at my office. we will be trying to get whatever finance these leads may need. also i was thinking that i may approach realtors/home builders to be co sponsors of my event.

Sorry, but if the price was "Free", I wouldn't be interested in such leads, even if they were local to me. The thing you're fighting against is that there are too many companies looking to sell worthless "leads". The only such arrangement I might go for would be a percentage of any business they generate, and it wouldn't be a large percentage either. Since this has some legal difficulties, we would appear to be at an impasse.
