While students who attend ICM are permitted to work ON campus during their studies at ICM, we do not recommend that students work during the first term of studies as it is important students transition successfully in their new learning environment and focus on their studies. Students are able to apply for an OFF-campus work permit once they have transferred and registered for classes in the University of Manitoba. Students who are interested in working off-campus at this point will be required to meet specific academic requirements, including maintaining a 2.0 GPA and have no grade of `F` in the previous two terms of study.
