    Q. When do you pay closing costs on a house?

    "It is paid on closing..."

It is paid on closing, when you sign documents with the lawyers office. Pay all closing fees before the lawyer hands you the keys.

    Q. Found out im closing on my house tonight, and i quit my job last week!?

    Powered by
We have been in a contract for our home since march, we were supposed to close on june 16th, but it was pushed back. we found out we can close tonight, and i quit my part time job exactly a week ago. my mortgage company said they will call me back and i still haven't heard anything...did i just lose my house?! btw the job wasn't counted into our approval amount because i hadn't been there long enough...

"If the job was not considered then it doesn't..."

If the job was not considered then it doesn't matter if you have the job or not. You just needed to schedule the Closing.

    Q. What would you do if your wife quit her job in the middle of closing on a new house?

    Powered by

"If she's going to be trying to get a new job..."

I gotta admitt, that's a pretty scummy thing to do. However, if she's going to be trying to get a new job, and putting a decient effort into it, I would let it go. She probably had a good reason for it. However, if she was doing it for like revenge or get attention, then that would be grounds for a split, that's pretty major

    Q. Do i quit my job or give up my house?

    Powered by
I am a struggling single mom and have 2 young children, both under the age of 7. my ex and i bought a house over a year ago. he moved out and left me with the responsibility of the mortgage. although my mortgage isn't really that expensive it's not affordable for just my income. after i pay my mortgage, pay for daycare (i work 2nd shift, so it's not easy to find childcare), and all my other bills i barely have enough money left for the rest of the month. i make under $32k a year and i spend at least $400 a month on gas to get back and forth to work. with my job being a state job and downhill of the economy i've been forced to take furlough days, so i haven't received a full paycheck in months. i've tried getting on wic and food stamps for a little extra help, but they turned me down because i make $30 too much a month. plus the childcare provider i have now is only temporary. since my ex and i split we just came to an agreement with custody, so now i also have attorney fees to pay and if i keep the house i need to come up with $4,500 to pay him, which i'd have to take out a loan. so there would be another payment a month for awhile. i have to make a decision soon. not to mention i still have some medical bills to pay from 2 surgeries over the past year. i feel that my only options at this point are give up the house and try to find another place for my kids and i or quit my job collect my retirement pay everything off and hopefully find a new job closer to home,or give up both go on welfare and go back to school (i really don't like this option). what to do??

    "Sell the house..."

Sell the house. You will have to split any profits or losses with your ex. Contact Legal Aid regarding both the house and the divorce. Ask the childcare you currently have if they have suggestions of a comparable service. If not, do you have reliable and respectable family members who you could trust your children with? The cost of child care can be worked into the divorce settlement. You ex would be liable for half. Sometimes in tough times you have to make tough decisions. This is one of those time. Holding on to the house may be the thing that's weighing you down. Right now there some very interesting condo properties that are in foreclosure. You may be able to sell the house that reminds you of the life you were suppose to have with your ex. If you make a profit, use part of the profit to make a down payment on a nice condo. There are options you just have to be open to them. Been there done that and living my best life now. Smooches.

    Q. Impact of job change just before house closing on mortgage?

    Powered by
We have a closing date on a house for april 16th. we are applying for a conventional 15yr fixed loan with 20% down. excellent credit scores> 740. however, i have to quit my present employer on march 26th and join a new employer for a better position on march 29th in the same field. i have been working in this industry for past 7 yrs. i will be getting my first pay stub on april 15th. could anyone please tell me if this can have any negative impact on closing/mortgage? some lenders said i just need new offer letter or a new employment verification letter and i've heard a couple of them say i will need 30 days pay stubs from new job to be fine. i am not sure which one is true. all, appreciate your reply. unfortunately, i can't delay joining the new job till apr 15th.

Well Munna, Most of the lenders verify the pay certificate from where you have been employed, it also depends with the lender.I hope it doesn't cause much impact on your mortgage. Moreover Mortgage Refinancing Lenders Review is available at http://www.mortgage-refinancing-reviews.com/ .

    Q. I think i should quit my job?

    Powered by
I want to quit my job because i don't like it. i will easily get a job closer to my house and this ones too far away. i have enough money to live comfortablely for a few weeks so should i quit? i think that since i'm unhappy there i should quit theres no use in being rich and unhappy i'd rather be poor and happy. ps i can survive for months without a job i'm living with the rents but i do have another job to got to aswell..

"Years ago and that was you don't quit a job until you have another..."

My father taught me something years ago and that was you don't quit a job until you have another to go to. Unless you have a for sure thing, you don't know how easy it will be to get another job. What will you do when the money you've saved runs out and you still have no job?

    Q. How should i quit my job at mcdonalds?

    Powered by
Yesterday was my first day and it wasn't that bad, but i just call an offer from another job that i applied to. it is closer to my house and pays more. should i just tell a manager or should i write a letter of resignation? also, do i need to give 2 weeks notice? i have literally only worked there for one day so i don't know if those things are appropriate!

Tell the manager, also give him something in writing. Ask him if you need to give him any notice -since you've only been there one day he'll probably say no, or at most maybe want you to work another day or two until he can schedule someone else.

    Q. Should i quit my job?

I'll try to sum it up for you guys. first of all i'm 21 yrs old and i have enough money for college. i work at a fast food place called yoshinoya. i work from 10 pm to 6 am which is the grave yard shift. i work from tues to sat which are ok hours. i get paid 9 dollars an hour i think. ok now here's the problem, lately i've been noticing that everytime i go home it's really hard to fall sleep. i usually fall asleep around 10ish. also i've been infected with warts from a co worker which is an asshole so everytime i come in i use gloves so i won't catch them again( i've recently got rid of them with medicine) . third, my co workers are all jerks, like all of them. when i arrive everything is dirty and of course it's my job to clean it with a smile. but recently i was told by a coworker that the assistant manager says that i don't do a good job so now the manager colmes at 2 am to check if i'm doing my work. this was the last straw for me. i always bust my ass cleaning, serving and even sometimes being a cashier when their busy and that's how they pay me?? i honestly want to quit but my job is so close to my house, it's like a block away. so what do you guys think, stay or leave? also the manager is a jerk i honestly don't think she likes me, she always leaves notes that say i come towork and not to socialize.

    "If you need the job..."

For the sleep trouble, you're over-tired, this is when you get past tired, and you may feel very sluggish, and hot. If you need the job, ask your boss to give you different hours. If this doesn't work, it's time to get a job somewhere else buddy.

    Q. How do i quit my job?

    Powered by
I work at a locally owned family business, part time. i'm sixteen years old. my neighbor also owns a business and has offered me a job. its a lot closer to my house, i'll get better hours, and the job that i have now is really behind on checks and i never get them on time. theyre always like a month late. the last reason i want to switch jobs is that i like the new one better. my new employer wants me to begin this winter. at my old job, they just had a few people leave for college, so theyre running low on employees. i also want to continue going to my old job as a customer. i dont want it to be akward when i go in. i know i have to quit, but i dont know how to do it. please help me quit peacefully.

"The new job is closer to your house..."

The new job is closer to your house? Then use that as your main reason. Just tell your boss that you would prefer to be closer to home so that way you could help around the house, save money on your commute, have more time for your studies, or some sort of reason like that. You don't even have to mention the benefits (hours, on-time paychecks, etc.) of the new job. Just say that you want to be closer to home because (school)(family)(some other thing) is very important to you. Your boss should understand your situation, and you can still be a regular customer.

    Q. Should i quit my job?

    Powered by
I recently got a second job to get more cash, but i think its a waste of time and am not sure wether or not i should quit. its at a supermarket and there are at least 10 people working at a time in my department. i've only been there about 3 weeks and my pay check has been about 40 bucks. my other job gave me a raise and another day to my schedule. should i just leave this second job? its not even close to my house, i feel like i waste my check just on gas. and plus i think they are quick to replace people, i missed one day and no one even called me. and i work today, should i go, or call and say goodbye?

Quit and go to college like me
