I have done deals in the past that current employment is less than 1 year and yes it is possible but we need to look at the overall strength and challenges of your mortgage application before we can give a definite answer. There are other factors into play like length of stay in the industry, your position in the company, your industry experience, etc.

    Q. How do i get a car loan if i'm self-employed?

    Powered by
I've been self employed for only 6 months, but they want to see 2 years of tax returns.is there any other way to get a car loan?i have great credit.

If you have only been self employed for 6 months then you should still have tax returns for 2007 and 2006. Sometimes in the case of buyers who are self employed for longer then they will take a stated income report from a CPA along with bank statements showing deposits but in your case with good credit and a recent history of being self employed you should be fine. Also- try getting approved through a bank or credit union before you head to the dealership and that will give you a better idea of what to expect and what you can afford. Good luck!

    Q. Loan officers!!!! self-employed & wants to take out $50k?

    Powered by
I am self-employed grossing on average $6000 a month. i do not have a reliable 2 year work history. i just recently became self-employed in the last 6 months. i want to buy a home asap with a loan of approx. $50k. my total bills per month is about $2500 which includes $800 rent, car loan, life, auto, renter's insurance, credit card bills, and misc. does this sound like a feasible deal for me to take out any kind of loan based on my situation? any kind of knowledge or input in appreciated. thanks! i have a good credit rating. 730 by experian. thanks all for your responses. so, regardless of the type of loan i want to apply for, i will have to show at least 2 years of my tax return? do i have to go to a loan officer to get a loan? unsecured loan, personal loan, etc?

You need to show 2 years self employment first,

    Q. How long do you need to be employed to qualify for an auto loan?

    Powered by
I'm currently working part-time at my job (been there for nearly 6 months)... and now i'm keeping the same job, but i'll be starting full-time in september. i'm a college student, and my credit is a little below average, but i do have a co-signer with average credit. i have about $200 a month to pay on a few credit cards, but i have no bills apart from that. will it be feasible for me to get an auto loan for around $15,000? i'll be making around $1,300-$1,400 per month.

Most require at least two years of employment, however, many dealerships have a first time buyers program and programs for college students.

    Q. Can i get a car loan, with very good credit, and yet while being self-employed for under two years?

    Powered by
I currently work as a real estate agent, and i'm looking to get financing for a used car. my credit score is very good, and yet i have only been an agent for 6 months... is there a chance since i can't document my income traditionally... ?

If you've been self-employed for any period of time you'll have to show verifiable income (from whatever source) by 1099s, bank statements showing deposits that verify your income, etc. There are lenders that will help you. If your credit score is very good you may not have to verify your income, it will depend on the bank. Buy through a dealer with a strong finance department, go to your personal bank, and make them work for your business.

    Q. For getting home loan in india from icici, hdfc and sbi?

    Powered by
Whether it is essential to be employed by same company for last 6 months to get home loan? it is no where mentioned, they ask for just 6 months salary slips, so i can submit my last 6 months salary slips of more than 1 employer, isn't it?

its not necessary but u have to have good income to qualify for a loan.

    Q. Could i possibly get a loan?

    Powered by
Hi im 19 an i want to pursue getting my own car finaced under my name i plan to get it around my 20th birthday around october or sept. im going to put 7000 -10000 down for a new honda civic.i meet all of the criteria above but the first one. can i get acar loan if i make 1000 a month but have no bills becuase i still live with parents. what lenders look for to approve you for a car loan -documented monthly income of $1600 or more -living in the same address for at least 6 months -employed by the same company for 6 months -preferably a year of established credit with no black marks -credit score of 680 or higher to get lowest prevailing interest rates -if your credit score is 600 to 680 you'll pay higher rates like 10%-15% apr -if your credit score is below 600, it's very difficult to get approval, and below 550 it is nearly impossible

banks will approve anyone these days, thats why our national debt is over 3 trillion dollars. dont worry, welcome to the world of debt slavery.

    Q. Applying for a car loan?

    Powered by
I am going to need to apply for a car loan soon since 90$ a day for cab fair to go to work is starting to get expensive. i am wondering what do companies look for when making loans. i have been at this address for at least 8 years, i have a credit card, paid on time every month since january 2010, a 12 month loan of 1000$ paid in 5 months, and no credit demands for the past 12 months. i have been steadily employed for the past 4 months, before that i was part-time since 2008, and i had a full-time job for about 6 months, the only problem is i was living on 12000$ a year, but now i make about 1600$ a month, i know i won't be approved yet, and my dad cannot co-sign since he went bankrupt about 5 years ago, but i just want to know what do they look for before approving a loan. i called a bank and the told me at least 6 months of working at the same place, unless working at high numbers

I'm sure you exaggerate, S on the $90 daily cab fare...but you can't get ahead paying it to get to work. You need a car. If you can't find another bank in your area that accepts less than 6 months work history, you'll just have to endure it for 2 more months. Otherwise, you sound like a good credit-worthy applicant. I just today learned about this new law today! It might help your loan application. Check it out. Following is an excerpt: The “shoebox” approach isn’t really for everyone but if your credit is less than fantastic then I’d bring your utility bills with you showing that payments have been made. The value of this provision of Reg B is that it can turn a moderate applicant into an above average applicant.

    Q. How easy would it be for me to get an inexpensive home loan?

    Powered by
I am looking to buy a 40,000- 50,000 condominium and was wondering if a home loan so inexpensive will be hard to get. my credit score is 710, i am self-employed and make 50,000 year. my only debt is a 35,000 car loan with 32,000 left on the balance with 6 years left to go. my problems are that i've only been self-employed for a couple months, and the auto loan is just as new.

I wish you had bought the condo before buying a new car. Since your auto loan of $35k had been approved, your mortgage would have been approved then. Now you are trying to borrow the similar amount on top of your car. The mortgage lender evaluates your take home pay against your monthly payments plus your earning capability. As long as the car and mortgage payments combined is less than 35% of your take home pay, you have a good chance since you have a decent credit score. You need only to apply and find out.

    Q. Where is the best place to get a motorbike loan in aus?

    Powered by
Im looking for the best loan with a low interest rate for a dirtbike. i've been employed for 7months at my current job, i earn $700aud p/f and it goes up in about 6 months, i have a $2,000 deposit and the bike im looking at getting is $13,000

Your main problem will be the fact that you've only been employed where you are for 7 months. If you have a stable work history before then you may stll be okay. I used this website when I was comparing loans for my boat http://www.ratecity.com.au good luck
