    Q. Can i a get a mortage with a bank with bad credit in ontario canada?

"Email me and maybe i would be able to get you a mortgage..."

ON Canada - when you say bad credit, what does it mean? Email me and maybe I would be able to get you a mortgage. I need to understand what your definition is of a bad credit - victor_catalan@centum.ca

    Q. Will mortgage lenders perform a credit check to add me to an already existing mortage?

    Powered by
My brother and girlfriend have just split up and they cant sell the house due to the fee and the value of the house is much less than the originally paid for it. he wants to add me to the mortgage and take his girlfriend off (she consents) but will they perform a credit check? my credit is not brilliant, but will be able to afford my half of the mortgage as i earn more than my brothers girlfriend

"Yes they will perform a credit check..."

Yes they will perform a credit check. They will also revalue the house and if it is in negative equity (which it appears it is) they will not allow you to borrow more than the house is worth now.

    Q. Why don't single, childless adults get any economic help? what do you think?

    Powered by
I am a almost 30 year old woman. i have chosen not to have any kids.they cost to much and i don't want the added resposibility.why is it that people who have kids get all the help? they get grants, free cars, thousands in tax credits, mortage help and money to start businesses. shouldn't singles be rewarded also for not having babies out of wedlock. people choose to have children and they get paid for it. i have worked my whole life.when tax season rolls around. people are getting a $4000 check just because they have two kids.wtf. i am paying for that and i get nothing for it. people seem to think that single people don't have troubles, because we only have to take care of ourselves.we still have bills to pay, food to buy and rent to pay. i know children cost alot, but that is not our fault. people know what the hell they are doing when they lay under the sheets. i work two jobs and go to school. a little help would be nice to actually get ahead.

"Having kids is expensive and the $300 per kid tax credit does not go far..."

It sounds more like you made the choice not to have kids because no one would have them with you. As you said, having kids is expensive and the $300 per kid tax credit does not go far. All of my single friends have way more "play" money than I do even with a ll of my tax breaks. How are you 30 and still can't work 1 job to support yourself. Hopefully school will work out for you. If not, just go find you a baby daddy (since you've had trouble doing this for the last 30 years, most prisoners would probably be up to the challenge), and join us and our excellent tax breaks.
