When I paid for a detailed credit report, it listed all the instances where i had credit, i.e. credit card, line of credit, car loan, mortgage, etc. It did not list any service which I had contracted, such as utilities, phone, cable, insurance, etc. So, I do not think that credit reports include any type of service obligation, possibly because non payment could be due to a disagreement on how how much is owed. For example if Bell continues to bill months after cancellation, and you don`t pay those bills. It would not be fair to have this affect your credit rating.

Hi! I want some advice on this pls. I have unpaid credit card and loan in the philippines. Im currently in NZ now. Planning to go back to Philippines for a vacation. But i am scared that they immigration might hold my departure when going back to NZ. Banks have sent so many demand letters at my home in the Philippines. Does it mean that they already file charges on me or what?
