    Q. The property i wish to buy has a well for water source is this a problem?


    Well water sources are not an issue with the banks. Get a water quality certificate and make sure the water is drinkable. It will protect yourself and the bank will require a copy of that certificate. You can drill a new well to replace the source, or use a lake water system, or hope the city will be putting municipal water services to your home, sometime its there you just have to pay to hook it up.
