    Q. What can i do if i paid my mom in full for my car & she won't sign title over to me?

    Powered by
I'm sorry this is a little long but any advice would be appreciated very much. my mother bought me a 2007 pontiac g6 in october, 2007. she got the car from my brother in law's family who deals in used cars and this one was previously wrecked but they fixed it. she said she would pay for half of the car as a christmas present and the other half i could make payments to her and not be charged any interest on the loan. sounded great to me. i made my monthly payments and then in february of 2008 when i got my income tax check i just gave it all to her and paid the whole amount left. i trusted her but she never gave me a bill of sale or the title to the car. i have talked to her a couple of times about this because if i wanted to trade it in i can't because she has the title written with my name on it and her name as the lien holder. she told me that she didn't trust me and that i may go to title max and pawn my car title!!! i'm like wtf? that is my only set of wheels and i've been working at the same company since 1993 and have a 9 year old son. i would never do anything like that to risk losing my car. when i mentioned the fact that i could not trade the car in if i want to one day (which i don't plan on doing anytime soon because it's paid for) she told me she didn't buy me that car to trade in on a gas guzzling pick up truck. that's another issue. my father died in 2005 and i was driving his dodge dakota and she sold it for a little of nothing to my brother in law to make money off. now i do need a truck just to haul stuff in and she's remarried so her new husband has a truck. i would have bought it from her. it's real tough for me because me and my son was living with my mom & dad when i got a divorce and when he died me and my son found him. when she got married 2-1/2 years ago, she told us we could move into his town home and pay all the bills but they wouldn't let me pay any rent. they claimed the stock market causing the real estate to drop was the reason he didn't sell it but i have had to spend alot of money to fix that place up to be "livable" for me and my son because it was just nasty. he didn't even get his stuff out and she wanted me to hurry and move our stuff in.now, all the tools and things that my dad worked hard to get all his life belongs to my step father now. i had to borrow my dad's pressure wash the siding on the house which was moldy. i feel weird having to ask him to borrow my dads things. all he left as far as tools at his place was a hammer, screwdriver, some nails, tape measurer and an empty little tool box. weedeater is broke and after dad died my boss gave us a john deere weedeater and edger because i was doing all the yardwork and he felt sorry for us so now that belongs to my step dad i guess. i wondered where his tools were but he lucked up and moved into a quarter million dollar house that has a whole big basement full of tools and equipment that belonged to my father. when i got the pressure washer, he was telling me stuff like "don't break it...make sure you turn the water on before you crank it or it will blow up the motor" etc... i'm not that stupid. i'm starting to get scared that when i get that place looking real good on the outside, they may decide to sell it then we will be out in the street trying to find a cheap apartment. like i said i have tried talking to her about the title in a nice friendly manner and she always ends up getting defensive on me and totally refusing to give up the title. does anybody know what i can do? also, when a person dies in alabama and everything goes to the wife and they get married, am i right by saying that whatever is hers is his? she even gave hers and my fathers bed and dresser drawers that they always had as far as i can remember and i'm 38 to her husband's brother. i got stuck with step-dad's bed with a warped mattress just like the couch me and my friend tried to haul to goodwill and they wouldn't even take it so that i could put one i wanted in there. my ex husband kept most everything i had bought for his house so i'm having to start from new.

Something isn't right with the title and/or sale of the Pontiac. Car fax it the vin # and see what the story is. Your mother is a scammer.

    Q. Don't you think michael jackson's death was a little fishy?

    Powered by
Here's my theory people and i want your honest opinion on this: no wonder they hired a cardiologist for michael! michael didn't need a cardiologist. he had no heart problems. they hired a cardiologist for him because a cardiologist knows what will stop a person's heart. i mean, think about it. cardiologists are heart experts and they know exactly what would stop a person's heart. why do you think this cardiologist gave michael an overdose of demerol? now any cardiologist would know that you're not suppose to give a patient an over dosage of demerol. demerol, by the way, is used for severe pain only. michael's pain couldn't have been that bad that he needed demerol. i even heard that this doctor was giving him regular shots of demerol. you are not supposed to abuse demerol that way. he knew the more shots he gave michael of demerol the more it would weaken his heart. according to sources, this doctor had moved in michael's house as a personal doctor two weeks ago. now thinking about it, two weeks sounds like a pretty good amount of time to use medication that will mess up a person's heart. have you ever heard tv ads in which they say you'll see (x) product start to work in just two weeks? two weeks later, he gave michael the final dosage, the most lethal one, the one that would finish him off. they didn't even care that this cardiologist had debt. they weren't looking for the best cardiologist. as long as they knew that he was some sort of cardiologist, they grabbed him up. they did not care what cardiologist they got for michael. as long as he was some cardiologist, they knew that this guy could mess up his heart. and the fact that this doctor had dissappeared right after michael was rushed to the hospital makes it even more suspicious. how come the doctor was so scared that he didn't even come back for one of his most, most precious items, his car? when this doctor finally turned himself in, he made sure he had gotten a lawyer. why would he need a lawyer? because he knew he did something to michael jackson. if he didn't do anything wrong, he wouldn't have been hiding like that. another thing to look at here is that the doctor was in the room the time he stopped breathing. i noticed how he mentioned that michael was on the bed when he stopped breathing. it took an hour for this to occur. now how would this doctor know when he stopped breathing and don't you find it rather odd that he was with michael when he stopped breathing on the bed? it kind of looks as if he was waiting for him to stop breathing. now think about it people. these people have been trying to bring down michael jackson for years. i mean, for years! they always had it out for him. michael was so very close to making a come back. he was due to go on tour and the fact that he dies so suddenly just before the tour is very suspicious. they knew michael had no heart problems. michael never had problems with his heart. witnesses say how energetic, healthy, fit, and happy he was while rehearsing the day before he died. he even had a full physical done that gave him a clean bill of health to go on tour. people said michael was just fine and all of a sudden he just drops dead for no apparent reason. now, something ain't right about that. that's why the jackson family requested another autopsy. they ain't buying that crap. they need to investigate this doctor more. check his background, etc. as far as i know, this doctor has several liens on his practice in nevada and how much thousands of dollars in debt. they need to stop trying to cover up for this guy because something just isn't right about this whole situation and i'm not the only one who feels this way about it. i'm tired of people saying "oh, it was a heart attack". please! this was no heart attack...

Omg I agree with you 100% I've been feeling like this since the day Michael died, like this wasn't his time to go, like this isn't right... And another thing I found suspicious is how long it took for them to call 911. They waited about 45 mins after he STOPPED breathing to call 911. That makes no sense AT ALL. And you know what the doctor's reason for not calling was? He claims the phones weren't working. And I'm not kidding. That was his lame @$$ excuse. And at first he said Michael had "collapsed" and went into cardiac arrest. But then he said Michael was on the bed. And he performed CPR on the bed. Now, even I know you never do CPR on a bed. And why did he flee the scene without his car? What's the need to run for? And then automatically get your lawyer? That motherf***** killed Michael Jackson. He's in BIG trouble now. Oh, he's gonna get his..... If I ever see that @$$ in person, I will leap on him and attack him. I'm not kidding, I seriously will.
