    Q. The property i wish to buy has a septic system is this a problem?


    "I got a home with septic system and had no problems..."



    I got a home with septic system and had no problems. I also have a well on my property so I got a water quality certificate for the bank, thats all they asked for.

    "Septic systems are not a problem for the banks..."



    Septic systems are not a problem for the banks. The bank may ask for an inspection of the system, but that is something you will want as well. No point finding out after you buy the house that it will cost thousands to repair.
