Q. Moving from australia to vancouver(or toronto), canada?

What should i know about moving from australia to vancouver? things that may be important to getting a career? i have no experience, but i want a change in my life(moving overseas) will this really affect my chances of getting permanant residence/citizenship? roughly how much do you think it'll cost? i've thought about getting a real estate agents license, good idea or not? what are some good jobs that aren't industrial jobs in vancouver?

unless your skilled in an occupation canada needs or unless your moving with your parents you don't have much chance of immigrating.Immigration to Canada requires you to qualify. you can however apply for a 12 month working holiday visa
