I agree with you. I have been driving for 10 years in India and after three road tests, still they failed me for no fault of mine. I would also like to sue them but since there is no such mechanism against it, looks like we are in era of Iraq or Libya during the Saddam Hussein`s or Colonel Gaddafi regime here in Toronto, Canada.

Yes you can but I tell it from our own experience that no one gives a damn. We complained to Drive Test, then to the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and at the end to the Ombudsman. No one cares. But I would complain nevertheless, of course. A small sing for them maybe. But do not await any help from any of them. Buy a video camera, record your next road test and it they dare to fail you without of a fault of your own, then put the whole exam on You Tube with some juicy comments. If your comments are funny enough, the video will go viral. That would help maybe. Not only for you... Good luck!
