You have received two american answers. Electronically filed returns can be processed in as little as 8 days, but the CRA does not guarantee this time frame under any circumstances. They have the right to review returns at random, and if they select yours, it will cause delays. Save the receipts for your dental work. The procedure will be tax deductible on your 2009 return as a medical expense.

My ex-husband and i divorced in 1998, i am now remarried with a different last name. he is now married to a woman with the same first name as me so now she has the exact same name i had when i was married to him. can you see where the trouble begins? so, i pull my credit report yesterday and find that there are 7 collection accounts on my experian report and 1 collection account on tu and 1 also on equifax. i do my own "investigation" and find out that experian has added my ex-husband's new wife's collection accounts to my report because we have similar names. fine, but we don't have similar date of births or social security numbers. i contacted experian and have disputed these collections over the phone. now comes the hard part. i still had one common collection on all three of my reports and i knew it was not my bill. i called the collection agency to find out what information they had and sure enough it was my date of birth and my social security number. i then called the original creditor (a medical clinic) to find out what in the world was going on and to see if the new wife was using my social security number. turns out the bill was for her son and when she gave the billing clerk her name they pulled up my old information instead and added the bill onto my account. the credit clerk at the clinic was very nice and said they would get it fixed with the collection agency. meanwhile i have contacted all three cra's to dispute this collection account. i have worked very hard to build and groom my credit and it just makes me sick to think that somthing like this can keep me from getting the best intrest rates when i refinance my house. have i done everything i can do to correct these mistakes? is there anything else i can do to make sure these inaccuracies are removed? thank you all for your responses, i can't pick a best answer because all of you had really good advice.

Sounds like you've done a wonderful job of remedying the situation. Tell your husband to let his wife know that from now on she needs to specify personal information about herself to keep her things from being applied to your reports. Give it 30 days and then follow up to make sure these items are removed. I would also sign up with a credit monitoring service so you can keep an eye on your credit. I personally use TransUnion's (http://www.truecredit.com). You'll recieve fraud alerts via email anytime new information is added to your credit report. I recently found out that a "new employer" was added to mine and placed a fraud alert just in case someone was up to no good.

It's been over a year now. they kicked me off after i was almost to level 7. i wrote them to please disregard it, but was turned down. i am 62 years old and did not mean to do wrong. my uncle wanted to put a virus protector on my pc, so i went on y/a and asked if it's very wrong to put a, (what's called a cra_ck on my pc ), and they booted me off. thank goodness i had another that i never used, but i want my original back. can someone help please. i really am a good person, they can see by my past record on both. and is this breaking guidelines also? ty thanks so much! i wanted it back because when i come here i am that account and it welcomes me, until i try to do something, then it says it's been suspended and i sign out and back into this one. so i miss it more. i thought when i was suspended i could have another legally. i am not one of those ones who go around cheating.

No, this question is not breaking the Y!A Guidelines. Unfortunately, there is no way to get that account back. Once you lose an appeal, suspensions are permanent. I'm not sure why you posted a questino about a Crack on your PC though. It's unclear why that would have anything to do with getting virus protection. If by "Crack" you had meant something to do with bypassing someone's password, or anything similar, that would definitely be illegal and not the kind of question we should ask here. All PC's should have virus protection. It's something we purchase and/or download. If you suspect something might be wrong, like you did when you asked that question, you don't ask it here. I would choose the second guy, but make sure he knows what hes getting into and if he really likes u first. He needs to eat healthier first and make sure he knows that ure babies dad is not just gonna walk out of your guyses lives. Make sure he can deal with that. And be sure hes aware of what a huge responsibility being a dad is.Dont get married right now though give it some time figure out if he's really right for you especially for ure daughter.

I always hired accountants to do my tax income. for the last 7 years, i've also prepared my tax return using some online services (ufile) just to compare the results. the results have always been the same or different just by cents. however the accountant charges me 5 or 6 times what the online service would cost. so, is it worth to call a professional when the online service calculates the same amount and costs me 1/6? every year, the accountant tells me that 'this year there's something special that online services won't calculate' however the result has been the same for 7 years. this year he says that the new thing is the energy and property tax however i used cra's new tool to see how much i will get and it says 0. maybe i don't qualify for such benefit. i'm a regular 40yo professional with spouse and 2 kids. only i work so there's only one t4 and the rc62 form for the child tax. is it worth it to go to the accountant?

You would get the same results from Turbotax - an accountant is a good idea for a small business owner or if you have foreign investments, otherwise no benefit to you with a straightforward tax return.
