hi i am currenly studying my real estate licensing course in bc. I saw to get licensed we need to have " good reputation " for personal and business record. When I was in college I had a credit card and cell phone bill thats end up in collection but I managed to paid off them in a settlement. This is going to show when they do credit check I was wondering is this going to make me not qualified to get licesed? Currently I have a mortgage and car loan and I make monthly payments on time. I appreciate any help or answers thanks a lot ~

Anyone can buy real estate in the US, regardless of whether they live here, are citizens, or any other status. A Realtor can't even ask you what country you are a citizen of ( Nationality ). Your country of citizenship is a legally protected discriminatory clause. So your mother can buy property here even though she isn't a resident or citizen. Many famous citizens of other countries have homes in the more famous resort areas of the U.S. and fly in an out whenever they want to stay there. Caveat: If your country of citizenship is on the State Department of countries with frozen assets, ( Like N. Korea, Iran, and others ) you run the risk of having the house seized by the government.

Most are going on vacation and deciding to stay or retire there. in a sense being 'illegal aliens' in mexico. what if mexican police began racially profiling whites, and deported them if they were undocumented? @yes we can - lol, do you have a tv? watch hgtv. you'll see programs on americans buying real estate in mexico. i personally have a white friend that bought a huge home near the yucatan peninsula. says he'll never come back. jees, you guys must be getting your info from fox news. americans can buy real estate in mexico. only mexican citizens can own land within 2 miles from the ocean. look it up, a$$hats. @sugar bear - they probably are not as big a drain on mexico as they are in the us. after all, most people on welfare in the us are white american citizens. the truth hurts, doesn't it?

I live in México and YES!!! Mexican government ALLOW non-citizens to buy real estate (those who said no, please learn more about mexican laws). And answering your question, I think doing what you say is not correct, 'cause it goes against human rights. It's really sad what Arizona Government is going to do with illegals. Although it isn't illegal to be human, it is illegal to enter a country without meeting the requirements of that country's laws. Illegal Mexican immigrants have contempt for the law, and they also have contempt for US citizens. That's why they keep coming in, knowing that breaking our laws is what they are doing, and it is why they want to claim co-equal status with citizens without having to meet the legal obligations that citizens must meet. Furthermore, many of our elected public officials have no more respect for the law than the illegal immigrants do. That is why they support amnesty initiatives. That's why they block citizens from defending their property from illegals. Those politicians are traitors, and in a better era in our history they would soon be hanged.

So i've been thinking about this for a few weeks now and i wanna hear your thoughts on the matter. according to history only 12 people have ever landed on the moon during 1969-1972. i, like everyone else, knows that our technology has far surpassed that of the technology in the early 70's. since then there is nothing that says any other person has ever been on the moon, ever. i find this very strange, it doesn't make sense to only send 12 people to the moon once. there should be missions to the moon at least every year since 1972. it makes me think that there have been other people on the moon but the government isn't telling us for some reason. could it be that they're building a secret military base? or are corporations buying prime moon real estate and waiting for something to happen on 2012 so a few billionaires can buy a safe haven on the moon? aliens? has something told us not to go back to the moon?

Congress cut NASA's funding after the sixth lunar landing in 1972 because the public seemed to have lost interest in the Moon, and the "space race" with the Soviet Union had been won. It was tragically bad timing, because Apollo 17 in 1972 was the _first_ Apollo voyage to have a trained scientist, Harrison Schmitt, on board, and was supposed to be the first of three scientific expeditions. More was learned about the Moon and its history in that voyage than in the previous 5 put together, and much more would have been learned if the two next voyages had been funded. Instead the US space program was redirected into the boondoggle of the shuttle and space station programs, neither of which has made much contribution to science. Whenever this question is asked, some people reply that we now know everything there is to know about the Moon. What a ridiculous idea! How can anyone say that we learned everything about a place with almost as much dry land as the Earth in six visits of a few hours or days?

Well then someone needs to be arrested and thrown in jail. The amnesty bill passed in the 80's contained employer sanctions. Now providing home loans to ILLEGAL immigrants is at a minimum aiding and abetting a criminal enterprise. What's next? Loan programs for drug dealers, terrorists and the like. The feds cracked down on the dealers laundering money by purchasing homes for cash. They should crack down on this too. Think about it. Most Americans cannot afford to buy a home. If you believe the pro-illegal bleeding hearts, those poor illegals are over here doing jobs Americans won't do for less than minimum wage. If that is the case then where in the **** are they getting all of this money to buy homes? Should we believe that they are just so thrifty at saving money out of their $3.00/hr jobs that they can afford to buy homes? I think not. Something is definitely awry here.

I have to provide government issued identification when being pulled over, buying something, purchasing insurance or real estate, etc. etc.. so why is it that those who may be here illegally have a problem with it? if you want to be a part of this country, shouldn't you have to abide by the laws? and federal law already states that alien residence carry government issued identification, so a az state enforcing that federal law is racist? tonalc2- and how will they verify that you do or don't have insurance? come on man, put down the fool aid!

It's a fine line- you either to allow the government greater power to cut into your civil liberties so you can have greater "law and order", or you defend your civil liberties. The AZ law cuts into the civil liberties of anyone who lives in, or enters the state. Right now, if you go into any state in the country you cannot be asked for personal identification without a clear violation or suspected violation of the law. If you are driving your car with a tail light out, the police can pull you over and ask for identification. If you have none you can be detained. If you are walking down 2nd Ave in New York City, and a policeman thinks you are an illegal Irish Immigrant because you are white and wearing a green tie, they cannot stop you and ask you for your identification and detain you because you fit the profile. That's called profiling and it is discriminatory and illegal. Well, in Arizona, they can now profile you- even though the governor says no one should. So then who are they going to stop? Caucasians? What this means is that any hispanic looking people are considered guilty and have to prove innocence. If this remains, where will it stop? What happens when a state makes a law that police should stop anyone they think may have illegal weapons. So now maybe they go after anyone who is white with a tattoo of the confederate flag and do a body search. Why, because you look like you may be the type. Don't forget, once a law like this is in place and a politcal party that you don't like is in power, they will most likely use it against those who created the law. An additional part of the law says Arizonans can sue police who are not doing a good job of nabbing illegals. Why are we treating our police like this? Can you imagine the crazy law suits that will come out of this? Even Jeb Bush, one of the most prominent and respected Republicans around, has come out publicly against this bill. And don't compare this to the health insurance mandate. The healthcare requirement applies to everyone, not to a particular race or profile of people. It is mandated for all Americans and there is no racial profiling in the process.

Ok so, i know ur probably wondering where this crazy idea came from but at skool we were watching sumthin called "beyond belief (fact or fiction)" where they show stories about real life and made up ones. at tha end of the show they answer if the storys were true. but anyway, this is one of the storys on that show there was a newly wed couple who were saving for a starter home. the woman had re-occouring dreams of going into her "dream house" she loved it. she told her husband when she awoke and he said 'u know we cant afford a big house" so they drove by sum real estate houses and the woman yelled "stop" thats the house in my dreams....so they stopped and went into the house. it was for sale. the woman was stoked over the house...soon a real est. lady walked in. the woman talked tha husband in for bidding for the house..the real estate lady went to go get the owner. in the meaning time the woman was speaking 2 her hus. he said "they will never accept our bid its too low" the real est. lady walks in and says congrats the owner wanted me to sale the house 2 the first person willing 2 buy it. the couple was very happy. the real est. lady said "but theres only one problem....the owner says its haunted" the owner walked in and she looked at the woman(who dreamt of the house) as if she had seen an alien... the owner backed away frome the woman and said "your the one who is haunting my house!" end. so at the end of the show i found out that story was as true as the sky is blue!!!!!! it made me wonder... a couple of dayz ago i had a nightmare about a dude at skool who worte me a letter saying "he loves me" that happend in real life but the nightmare was that he choked me...because i didn't go out with hime in my dreams... so ya...

whoa! that does make you think. but once on that show i saw something that spooked me and i never forgot! this couple and there son were living in this house and in the middle of the night the boy couldn't sleep, so he went to the kitchen and he saw that there was a white face with red eyes and it was coming from the smoke alarm and it was creeping towards the little boy! i don't know if that show is necessarily true but it said the story really happened. sorry to get off track but i have to throw that in. i think that a part of a us live our dreams. maybe that part isn't visible. maybe it was made up. but that's a very interesting question!

sounds like the lady selling the house was a nut job... but uhh maybe its jus ur subconscious telling u he is aggressive don't get involved you prolly shouldnt have even read the letter after having that dream
