What matters is this: How far are you from Forest Park, IL ? If you live right by there, your parcel does indeed have a good chance of being 'out for delivery' tomorrow. If you live in another state or in a city some distance away from Forest Park, then the chances of delivery tomorrow are zero.

I've sent a registered international mail on april 9, 2013 and, according to the tracking, on april 26 it is still in us. moreover during last 10 days the tracking didn't get any updates, it says "processed through sort facility". is that normal? what do you do with that?

dont do anything but wait. its most likely not stuck in usa, but already in the destination country. registering mail doesnt do much except record that it was shipped. that doesnt mean squat for tracking. if you sent priority or express you can expect to be able to track it to certain countries. but it depends on the country and their ability or willingness to even scan it in. if you shipped it first class then usually there will be no updates past it arriving at an international dispatch hub in the usa so yes that is normal, i wouldnt worry about it right now

It's a new tracking line which the USPS added to it's tracking system, that indicates your parcel is en route to a sorting facility, from which the parcel is going to be sent to the destination address.

You posted that the package was shipped from Erlanger Kentucky and sent to Toronto. Since you posted this in the Toronto Canada category, I assume you mean Toronto in Canada. But according to the tracking information you supplied, the package is moving away from Toronto and not towards Toronto. The tracking information states that on March 26, it was in Oregon Ohio (about 300 miles from Toronto) and on April 1, it was in Erlanger Kentucky (about 500 miles from Toronto). This appears to me that your package is going to Erlanger Kentucky and not being shipped from Erlanger Kentucky. Either way, since you did not indicate what kind of shipping service is being used (regular mail, priority mail, express mail), I can give you only an estimate of between 7 business days and 10 business days for the entire delivery. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including weekends. However, if your posting is in error and the package was shipped to Erlanger Kentucky, and since the tracking information indicates that is has arrived in Erlanger, then you can expect the package in 1 or 2 days from April 1. Hello i have ordered something from ebay and now its saying processed through usps sort facility los angeles ca 90009 something and than featuring international mail. first does this mean that it is in the air? International mail is 7-10 days. Processed through sort facility means that it is on its way to an international dispatch facility on the East Coast. That will take two or three days. Once it arrives in Norway, it will be in customs, and that is up to Norway as to when it is released. The it is given to Posten Norge for delivery. It will probably be in Oslo first (from the US), and then come out to you. IDK how dependable Posten Norge is, or where you are in relation to Oslo.

It means either there was a mistake in scanning,the package was delivered to the wrong address, it has been stolen or it will come tomorrow. Your GUESS is just a good as anyone else s. If it does not come tomorrow(Monday) suggest you call the Post Office. Delivery Confirmation is actually meant to confirm deliver and not be true tracking. Some places will scan your package along the way and some won't. I ordered an extra dehydrator a few weeks ago coming from NJ and got the same results as you. Five days later it was scanned as out for delivery at my post office.
