    Q. What happens if mortgage company does not want renw mortgage anymore you do not have money to pay for the remaining mortgage?

Ontario Canada, there must be a reason why they do not want to renew it. Are you in default ? What circumstances do you have that made the lender reject your renewal. Could it be that what you owe is higher than what the value of the property is ? If you can tell me the reason, I may be able to give you a more definite course of action - email me victor_catalan@centum.ca

    Q. Is there a magazine for men that isn't just about women and football?

    Powered by
I can't stand magazines like fhm, maxim, nuts and zoo. they're full of bad puns, smutty pictures, biased writing (don't get me wrong, i'm a man & appreciate the femal form, just not in my face like that!) & just general idiocracy. doesn't have to be a uniquely "for-men" mag, i am just assuming some of the below doesn't appeal to most women. i want an intelligently written magazine, for men (or women) with half a brain who dont think with their pants all the time, preferrably with articles on the following: engineering breakthroughs (hadron collider, new cars, space projects, etc) business talk (new companies, advice on running etc) financial advice (choosing a credit card, help with a mortgage) a few funny articles (not smutty) current events (& infographics to help understanding) interviews with interesting people who have achieved something worthwhile (not fake celebs). diy mini-projects (woodwork, electronics, other) advice for building or maintaining things around the home or otherwise (cars, plumbing, electrical) wellbeing (positive thinking, diets, relationships) can someone suggest a mag (or two) that would cover all of this?

I'm in the UK, so I can write about only or mainly UK magazines. Saga Magazine. It's aimed at over-50's, but the articles don't dwell on Zimmer frames, incontinence pads, and other things that might be associated with older people. (In fact, I've never even seen such an article in the magazine!) They have interviews with people who are in the news, articles on financial advice, a bit of cookery, book reviews, what's on in the arts world, travel. 50% of the magazine's pages are advertisements, and the prize crossword is a real toughie. They don't underestimate their readers' brain power! One or two humorous articles; dry humour, and certainly not smutty! National Geographic magazine. Articles about what goes on in all parts of the world, and not just remote places, either. I once read an article about the English Lake District in the magazine. If you want to know how the rest of the world lives, this magazine might be for you. Practical Householder. I think that it is still published, but I haven't seen it for some time. Advice on doing jobs around the house. Help pages for those who are having problems. The Saturday Daily Telegraph magazine. That's pretty good at telling readers who's who and what's what. Varied content. Men's Health. I haven't read it, but I've seen it on the shelves. I think that the title says it all. I can't think of any other English-language magazines at the moment. There's a Dutch magazine, called "Quest", which is very good at explaining technical matters in non-technical terms. Readers send in their questions, and the magazine gets an expert to answer. Well, that's it from me. Best of luck.
