ON Canada - if this is the case, you may need to discuss this matter with a consumer proposal/bankruptcy trustee to see what options you have. As soon as you have a CP or Bankruptcy in place, the creditors must stop calling you at work regarding collections as this is illegal. Also you can advise the collection agency to call you at the house and not in your workplace as this is harrassment.
